What is the best way to schedule care?
For your convenience, we offer 2 easy ways to schedule care— Phone or Text. If you have moved or we need to know about any changes in your family, please be sure to give us those details.
Can you tell me a little more about your caregivers?
Family Care Connection has provided safe, quality child and adult caregivers to families across Colorado since 1990. Our caregivers love children. Caregiving is not just a hobby to them, it is a way of life. They have chosen caregiving as a career because they love spending time with children and the elderly.
What is your process for hiring caregivers?
Our caregivers go through rigorous reference and background screening including, but not limited to, multiple reference checks, work history validation, a review against the sex offenders registry, law enforcement records check for criminal activity, and phone and in person interviews. Our caregivers have a long history of caregiving. It's what they do. They are certified in CPR for adults, children and infants and First Aid. They each undergo our internal safety training course. By the time we send a caregiver into your home, we know who they are and we would trust them to watch our own children.
What elder care services do you offer?
At Family Care Connection, we love and become very attached to our elder care clients. They are special to us. The services we offer include reading, light housekeeping, meal preparation, talking, and listening.
Do you provide at home care services for company benefit programs?
We provide care for individuals and corporations. If your employer has not offered our services as a company benefit, please have them contact us today! If you are an employer, looking to add this valuable benefit, see our corporate tab above.
