Contact us the moment you realize you need care. Care is provided on a first come, first served basis. We can usually get a caregiver to your home within two hours (or less), but prior notice is appreciated, especially during high demand times for example: government holidays, cold and flu season, snow days, etc.
3 Easy Ways to Schedule Care
For your convenience, we offer 2 easy ways to schedule care. You can schedule care via Phone call or Text. If you have moved or we need to know about any changes in your family, please be sure to give us those details.
- There is a four hour minimum.
- You are responsible for a small copay, determined by your employer.
- If you need to cancel pre-scheduled care, you must do so by 8pm the night before or you will be charged for four hours. If you cancel within two hours of the start time, you will be charged for the full time scheduled.
- You are responsible for the full time scheduled, even if you come home early.
